Thread: Trying to find details of Job Gregory in England

Job Gregory was transported to Australia in 1830 after being found guilty of stealing (at age 16). The details I have been able to find show him coming from Havering atte Bower (parish of Romford) in Essex. I have not been able to find any information relating to his birth (estimated to be 1814) or any information for his family or ancestors. I would appreciate any help at all that might shed some kight on this.

Thank you very much but I have sighted this. It just seems that there are no records at all of Job's birth etc - maybe they have been destroyed . The only record that may relate to him is a family of Gregory's listed in the 1841 census as coming from Havering and the birth dates seem about right
