Raymond Furniss

Hi All,
I've been trying to knock down this brick wall for about 3 years now without success.
I'm trying to find the marriage of my great grand parents who are,
Raymond Furniss B 1867 New Brighton Cheshire and Sophia Foster B 1871 Todmorden Lancashire.
I have them both on the 1901 census as married with 4 children William B 1890, Cecil B 1895, lillian B 1896 & Evelyn B 1900. There birth certificates show Raymond & Sophia as married and all living in Liverpool though after this they moved to Bury.
Unfortunatly i've got no access to the 1911 census so don't know if this show's them as married.

Hoping someone can help.

In 1881 Raymond FURNESS is shown as a student in Catterick

The marriage is circa 1890!

That is correct Elsabels but on the census it's spelt FURNESS instead of correctly FURNISS.

there is no RAYMOND FURNESS ON FREE BMD FOR 1867 BUT THERE IS THIS

Births Sep 1867 (>99%) Furniss Raymond Birkenhead 8a 480

andrew there are quite a few on Ancestry with furness underspelt furniss, i would presume same name hun and quite a few in cheshire
