Looking for Judith Buckle (father was Frank Buckle born 1899 lived on Isle of Wight)

Hello, I am a new member on this forum and would like to introduce myself.

I am trying to locate my fathers cousin Judith Buckle - she would have been born around 1930s to 1938 we think. My father's mother Florence and her father Frank were brother and sister. Florence left the Isle of Wight and went to live in Africa where she married Allison Douglas Wilson.

Frank was born around 1899 but we can find no record of a birth for Judith, we are not sure if she married or not

Any information will me most gratefully received

Florence is your father's mother who was a Buckle before she married ?

Frank is Judith's father and your Mother, Florence's niece? Who was Frank's wife, a surname would help ?

The two births with mothers maiden names Blunt and Scott are not for my relative as I requested the birth certificates and they do not tie up.

The family listed in 1901 is my family. Sorry I am new to this ancestry game and so am stumbling a bit in dark as I learn what to do etc -

Frank and Florence were brother and sister. Frank was born 1899 and Florence was born 29.07.1896 according to an old passport record I have - but some of the documents I have found have her at Sept 1895 - ie the records office in Newport - where I have just been last week - I think 1896 is more accurate.

Yes Florence was my father's mother and she was a Buckle before she married.

Frank was father to Judith and Florence was aunt to JUdith. We do not have a surname for Franks wife - but my father remembers her being called Win.

Yes Florence left Uk in about 1928/29 to marry and became a Wilson

While on the Isle of Wight recently we went to do a search at the Records office there in Newport and found that Frank did return from the war and was on the electoral register til 1921 but not in 1922.
We found the graves for Matthew Buckle and his wife Mary Elizabeth and discovered that he married again as Mary Elizabeth died at age 50. The second wife was called Effie May and she is also buried there.

We believe that Frank may have left the Isle of Wight - maybe because this new wife was there - not sure of course - we could find no record of Judith on the island - so think that she may have been born elsewhere as her father left the island in 1921/22

I am not sure of these entries - she was known as Judith - but it could be that Judith was really her second name?

Thank you for all this information which confirms exactly what I have discovered - as I am new to this research was not sure if I had been doing it correctly.
Thank you for the details re the deaths - I did not have these exact details, and could not find a birth for Judith with mother as Morris
I have placed some help wanted in some newspapers so will see what comes of these, but will continue to dig around for further information

wiggie for some reason in those days many were called by their second name because most children were christened after a relative by first name

almost all my cousins on my mothers side are called by their second name in one family it is confusing but you'll get there
