Thread: The Baronets of Inverugie and Ludquhairn

I'm looking for information on the baronage of Scotland, particularly the baronies of Inverugie and Ludquhairn. There was a detailed account published in the 1798 titled The Baronage of Scotland, but I'm looking for detailed information on the baronets in the years after that was published. A DNA test of my mother's family has shown that we are descendants of that Keith family, but we haven't completely filled the gap in our paper trail yet.

If you go to books.google.co.uk type in The Baronets of Inverugie and Ludquhairn 5 book titles come up that appear to be more recent than 1798, if you look you on the RHS of the screen you will see where to look for the nearest copy to you etc.

Don't know if this helps or not but if you go to the Peerage link following and scroll down to Keith and look through you will find several of Inverugie and Ludquhairn, you may find information there.
