Grandfather George Jones

I am trying to find my grandfathers birth records he was born 13th June 1890, on the 1911 census he gives his place of birth as Leytonstone. I have only found one George Jones born around this time in West Ham. This one was born to Annie Jones (unmarried) she later married the father George Collard in 1891.On the 1891 census she gives George's surname as Collard and place of birth as Stratford. I thought that this might be my George but on his marriage certificate his fathers name is George Jones not Collard and G,Jones is a witness to the marriage. (Is it possible they lied about the fathers surname.)
Can anyone please find which George Jones was born 13th June 1890 - I would like to find out just who his parents were.

On George's marriage cert does it state his and father George's occupation. Who did he marry, where and date. How do you know his date of birth without his birth reg?

Do you have his birth cert? there is a birth Sep qr 1890 at West ham 4a 244 perhaps you should order the cert if you have not already got it.
