Any info on George Milo Neal, or George W. Neal born in Ga. abt.1851, last found in White Co. Tn in 1900 Census. Married to Rachel Speers Montgomery ,had 4 sons Charles Elbert, Samuel Lewis, Luther Blackburn and William M. Neal. This is my Grandfather.Any info appreciated. Thanks,
