Frederick Perry born @1876 which one?

My grandfather Edward is on the 1911 census with a father F Perry age 35. I know that his name was Frederick and that he worked as a decorator. The family all lived in the Hoxton/Shoreditch area of London but as his Place of birth is recorded as City London I am unable to distinguish him from other Fred Perry's.
I know that his partner was Alice Cobbett from the childrens birth certs but I cant find any record of them ever marrying . Alice does appear to have married an Edward Pavier. I seem to have at least three possible Fred Perrys. Any advice on how to proceed greatly appreciated.

First child born is Alice c 1898 born Camberwell London
Then
Frederick c 1904 born Shoreditch London
Edward c1906 born Hoxton London
Emily C 1910 Bermondsey London

Frederick is born City of London and Alice in Leicester Square c 1874

Found Alice in Hoxton 1901

Found as PORIER but can be seen as Pavior if you look at the census return

In 1901, Alice is at 50, Great Chart Street, Shoreditch. I put in Hoxton as a search for Frederick Perry and one came up...occupation Carman when later he is a painter's labourer. Feel sure you have had a look at this one, but just in case

If you look on google maps, they are a stones throw away, just haven't found a marriage yet

All help much appreciated. I have traced the Cobbett line back several generations it is only the Perry line I am stuck on. Surprised to see that Alice is listed as a widow in 1901 as edward Pavier still seems to be alive. The Frederick Perry you suggest seems likely but I cant think hoe to make sure.
