Does my father look English to you??

Hey there i'm new to this forum and would appreciate your input on whether or not my dad looks typically English to you. I never knew him but after he died my sister gave me some photos of him and my first words were "is he English?" heres the link

Hiya Maybe if you post details of him, if you have any, our members here may be able to find out his ancestry .
I have no details other than my mum saying that my dads dad (my grandad) was not known to anyone, he's a complete mystery but my dad's mum (my grandma) was English but other than that, nothing i'm afraid!!! I dont get on with my dads side so can't ask them for details and what i know about him is very sketchy...I'm very interested in ancestry VERY INTERESTED and it annoys me to think that i'll never know

All i know is that my dads name was Jim Parr (he used his mothers surname) he was born in Blackpool in the year 1937?? - he died in 2009??
His children were named removed by AA staff as may still be living and maybe he had more kids, dont know who he was married to when he had them (their my half bloods) sorry but thats it and if you can help then i would be eternally greatful to you

There is a James Parr mothers maiden name Parr born Dec 1/4 1936 Fylde 8e 673.
It could be him i dont know, what does 8e 673 mean?? if it is him how could i get more detail cos i used to be on Ancestry.com but recieved little to no help so gave up

Hi Tony that is the registraion details you would need if you wanted to order his birth certificate. You would need this to confirm his birth details, who his mother was/is and if you are lucky it may name his father.
