im looking for mccartie,i have an adress and would love the 1901 census on it please,193 ?canterburyroad,croyden,surrey.i know its 19?but hard to make the last number out.i havea letter dated 1900,its to a robert mccartie from someone called mike(micheal)any help pleas brenda
also another address in the letter isjohn bartrams,? rogues lane,elsworth cambsborough.

I assumed you meant Rogues Lane, Elsworth, Cambridgeshire.
The 1901 census is for John Bartram of Rogues Lane, Elsworth, Cambridgeshire. I have no idea if this John is related to Robert McCartie but in one census it states that Roberts mother is from Great Stukeley, Huntingtonshire which is about 20 miles from Elsworth.
Have you got Roberts parents marriage cert there might be a link there.
