Thread: THOMAS BRIGGS

I am trying to find a marriage for THOMAS BRIGGS born around 1791 in New Buckenham, Norfolk and his wife was SUSAN not sure of surname, (1791). Their first child Caroline was born 1825, so maybe they were married about 1824. 1841 Census states a Susan Briggs is a widow living with her children in New Buckenham. Not much to go on, but hope you can help.

Can anyone find a birth for SUSAN BURROUGHS the wife of THOMAS BRIGGS. I have searched but had no luck in finding anything. Her dob is around 1791 maybe born in Norfolk. I have been on Familysearch. Maybe someone can help?

Presumably you h\ave Suannah oin the census returns, when do you think her birth year was?

Have you found her first marriage?

I have just found 1841 census which states 1791 birth in Norfolk. Are you saying that she was married before Thomas? Can this help your search for her birth?
