looking for a marion spence born 1897 in paisley scotland, she was listed on the 1901 cences as being 4 yrs old and the neice of annie spence, i would like to find out who were her parents

As milford-lass suggests you will need to purchase the birth certificate, however if you are prepared to wait a few more days,ScotlandsPeople arereleasing the 1911 census, I think it is the 6th April..... and maybe you will be able to see the answer to your query

hi, just waiting for the census to come out, although she was only 4 on the 1901 census and living with her aunt it says that she was born in paisley but scotlands people dont have her birth, the only thing i can think of is although she is called marion maybe her real name is mary, i think i will try that, thanks again

Maybe the 1911 census will reveal all, but on the other hand it may leave more questions to be answerede.
