    Default 1871 Census transcription help please

    Hi
    I dont have the exact folio reference for this but would like someone, or a few people to access the original if possible and have a go at the names I am doubtful about.
    In

    Stoke Poges page 28 John Groves garden labourer, wife Sarah

    My question is in the household at the top of the page are William, Mary and daughter Mary then another Mary sister in law, born Montgomeryshire. So far so good. But the very top line. I have looked at the transcriptions of the name and am not sure I agree

    So offers appreciated please on what the top line reads.

    I have had a look at the 1871. Census. The names at the top of the page 28. Are

    William Barnett.
    Mary Barnett
    Mary Daughter
    Mane S.In Law.
    They Live at 147. I can not make the name of the Road out

    Then you have Chambers family.They Live at 148

    Then John Groves Head . Garden labourer Born 1810 Lives at 149
    Wife Sarah Born 1832

    So what is it you do not agree with I will look further if you can be more specific

    I think you have solved my problem and added another! You are right its mother in law the age and daughters name fits. Drat
    I was trying to find a maiden name for the elder Mary and sister in law may have been a clue.
    also I thought they could be Barrett.
