Names: Hancock, Carr and Beal

Evenin' everyone,
This is probably not the correct place to ask but I'll try anyway. A while back, (I gave up until now) I discovered that my Paternal GGGrandfather John Hancock (born Fen Ditton, Cambridge) married for a 2nd time, to 'Jane' ( I **think** her surname was Carr) who was born in Hull according to the 1891 census and they had a daughter, Annie (Ann) Elizabeth Hancock born c. 1882.

I've found that Ann Elizabeth married in 1906 to a Harry BEAL at Beverley.

My searching has gone cold!!

If ANYONE, please, has any information whatsoever of the people named above, I'd more than a little grateful.

Could this be Ann Elizabeth Beal's death?

Ann E Beal, died Oct/Dec quarter 1961, age 79 yrs. Holderness Reg. District. Vol. 2a Page 69 refers.

Well the date and the area - Holderness - all tie up don't they, so yes - I think you've got the correct one there!

Yes noggin28, this absolutely IS my gggrandfather. He placed his 2 sons in the workhouse at Chesterton before moving (economic reasons do you think?) to Beverly. There doesn't seem any other reason WHY he should relocate to Beverly.

Ann Elizabeth was born 1882 so John Hancock must have married Jane ? sometime between the 1881 census and Ann Elizabeth's birth.
