hi im new here and would like someone to help me trace both sides of my family tree my mother was kathryn diane langgaard (Macgregor maiden name) and father is Stephen Ronald Langgaard. my grandfather from my mothers side is Keith Yang and grandmother is Jean Forshaw. my grandfather from my dads side is Ronald Langgaard and Grandmother is Edna Patrick. please help as i have very unusual name in the uk there is currently only one born family in the uk with the last name langgaard and that is us. i would really like to find out my mothers half too as im part chinese and would like to see where my family originated from. many thanks kirstyn ellen xx

Your LANGGAARD ancestors appear to hail from Denmark and yes there are realatively few in the UK census or certification.

If I have counted correctly you probably have 16 cousins!?
