Question Help tracing Ancestors pre census

Hi all, hope you are all well.

Just wondered if anyone can offer me advice on how to find my family pre 1841 census. I'm wanting to know who my great great great great grandads parents were and if he had siblings. His name is WILLIAM BRAZIER bn abt 1786 in Writtle, Essex . Married a CATHERINE WRIGHT 5th may 1825. I have searched on Familysearch.org, but nothing for the dates i want.

Any little tips would be nice.

    Thanx All.

    Becky
