Turner family brick wall in Birmingham

Hi
I am new to this forum and thought I would start by asking if anyone can help with my brick wall?
My gg grandmother was Mary Turner born 1827; I have her marriage certificate to Georgie Witherington (23 years old) from 12 Dec 1852, they were married at St Peter and St Pauls church in Aston. The residence for both was stated as Duddeston. Her father is listed as William Turner, optician. I have scoured the 1851 census and found many Mary Turners and William Turners but no opticians. The witnesses to the wedding were Joseph Mocle and Emma Mondaws. I would love to trace these Turners back further and I wondered if anyone can help?

Was this George's first marriage, was his second to Emma b 1841? 1871 RG10 3146 7 8 and child of themarriage William 1854 Birmingham

If so when did Mary die?

There is a Mary Turner 1829 living in Vauxhall Road Court, Aston, Duddeston Cum Nechells, Birmingham, mother Fanny and sister Harriet. Does it state on the marriage cert if father William is deceased?

Do you know her mothers name and /or any sibblings?

I am assuming that William was alive in 1852 of course he may not have lived in Birmingham, I will look for a william and fanny marriage. Unfortunately I have no other information.

Where Fanny, Harriett and Mary are mentioned above, there is a John Turner next door with Caroline and child Sarah

Have been putting names into IGI and always putting Fanny's name in, can only come up with James Turner as father. There's children
