Assuming this is the correct family, Stephen b 1796 b Skipsea is readily identifiable on the census
I have checked 18 pages of Skipsea 1841 census there are no BLYTHE's listed, and only on John DAY b 1821 ag Lab as a 'lodger'
A potential Ann appears on the 1851 Hornsea census H107 2365 245 2 as 39 a widow annuitant b Skipsea, with sons John b20 Skipsea: Daniel b 8 Hornsea and Robert CROSS 17 nephew

Thanks Janet and Jean.
The Scarborough family does not seem to be mine. The Ann Blythe with parents Stephan and Ann is correct. I will have to see what shows up re the Hornsea family.
Ed
Did some checking and it appears that the Hornsea family is proably not mine. There are a number of baptisms Hornsea with parents William and Ann Day. Also a William Day died Skirlaugh 1849 which Hornsea falls under. I guess the only way to be 100% sure is to get Daniels birth cert.
Ed
Who is Daniel ?
'' No one knows who we are or where we are going until we have been and gone ''.
