1861 census Staffordshire.

Hello everyone,
Could someone help me find this youngman and hopefully his parents names too.
The person in question is Henry Carter born circa 1852 in West Bromwich area. I have him on the 1881 but not the 1871. Would there be more of a chance finding him closer to his birth than in the 1871 census?
I would love to get further back with him and his family.
Well here's hoping some kind soul can help me out.

Yes this looks good. Lots of christian names which come up in the family later in life. It's the right district. Thank you. It gives me a lot to work on also.

He continues as a sawyer and just his own family, difficult to narrow the marriage down.
Thought it might help to search for a birth for Richard for mother's maiden but there are several..so not sure which district you would need to order a certificate because putting in West Brom doesn't always bring up a result. I searched using Staffordshire so easy to findon freebmd
