Not all the Cheshire records have been digitalized, I note there is a baptismal entry for Edward s/o Henry DANIEL 5 Jan 1794 Over Peover

I'll try and get there if possible.
Regarding the Edward Daniel baptised 1794 at Over Peover. I don't think this is mine as my 3xgreat grandfather had ten children, the first being born in 1806 which would make him 12 when she was born.
Most of the records I have found come from Manchester Collegiate Church where most of his children were baptised. I stumbled upon the grave at Over Peover whilst looking at burial records on Find my past. I confirmed it was him because his wife Nancy and one of their children Edward Heald Daniel are in the same grave. I have checked the burial records held at Cheshire Record Office to confirm that it is a grave not just a memorial. On the headstone it states that Edward died in 1836 aged 56 which makes his birth year 1780. On the headstone he is described as "Edward Daniel of Manchester." Nancys age at death fits with her birth in Blackburn in 1782.
I have since found the record of a baptism at nearby Alderley of an Edward Daniel son of Henry and Sarah in January 1780. I am pretty sure this is him but would really prefer some proof.
Interestingly the adjacent grave at Over Peover has the following :-
Margaret Daniel daughter of Henry and Sarah died 1795 aged 19
also Sarah the wife of Henry Daniel died September 1827 aged 75 (No Henry in the grave)
also" Edward Daniel of Manchester" died January 23rd 1851 aged 61
This Edward Daniel would have been born in 1790 again too late.

Interesting that there are two people described as "Edward Daniel of Manchester" in adjacent graves. Also interesting that the 1790 Edwards mother was called Sarah (no Henry in the grave). Also the Edward born in Alderley in 1780 had a sister Peggey born 1775. Peggey is a nickname for Margaret. The Margaret who died aged 19 in 1795 would have been born 1776 which is only a year out.

Obviously this has confused me somewhat !
Any ideas anybody ?
