I cannot seems to get any further info on Richard Gillings .
Who was Batpised 4/1/1778 his Baptisn record shows Quote Richd son of Mary Gilling (base) Unquote Corton in Norfolk ,nothing more, as this guy, who goes on to marry Elizabeth Eastoe on the 8/11/1802 again in Yarmouth Norfolk,and has (up to now) 4 Children, all born /bap Corton Norfolk,the eldest being James, baptised 6/8/1803 our main line... I cannot find out the father of the above Richard, and if Mary Gillings (his mother) is her given name / married name / taken name or as to where she comes from , guessing as illigitamate it coulf be her birth name, but again as nothing can be found, that seems to fit, bearing in mind there is a lot of Mary's over the Norfolk Suffolk area, I need to know where I can now start to find the father of Richard and the parentage of Mary. please help Thank you
