Hello, It's a common name! Do you have any further info from her marriage to John Sephton or any brothers/sisters names as there are 2 Elizabeth Browns baptised at Liverpool (but at St Peter):

Baptisms: 5 Jan 1814 St Peter, Liverpool, Lancashire, England
Elizabeth Brown - Daughter of William Brown & Ann
    Abode: Ormand St
    Occupation: Cooper
    Baptised by: J. Pulford Curate
    Register: Baptisms 1813 - 1814, Page 217, Entry 1730
    Source: LDS Film 1656378

    There is also:
Baptisms: 25 Aug 1815 St Peter, Liverpool, Lancashire, England
Elizabeth Brown - Child of Henry Brown & Sarah
    Abode: Edmund St
    Occupation: Officer in the Excise
    Baptised by: James Gildart Curate
    Register: Baptisms 1814 - 1815, Page 283, Entry 2264
    Source: LDS Film 1656378

There are two burials in St Philps Graveyard for the name Brown:

08 DEC 1828 ANN BROWN 34y ECCLES ST
28 OCT 1824 JAMES BROWNE 59y PARADISE ST

    Hope it helps

    Hello

Do you have a census reference number for this family, Liverpool could mean a search of either Lancashire or across the Mersey to Cheshire!

Not sure where you are located in the world, but have a look at the Familysearch.org site, I understand you can order films to look for your ancestors!
