1901 with parents Thomas,Bessie and sister Lillie in Fulham London RG13/47/48/41
1891 Thomas,Bessie and Lily in St Mary Newington London RG12/357/64/46
Problems seem to be too many Thomas White's,Thomas birth place variations and name Bessie. Birth cert will help with mother but not father.

According to the census Bessie was born in Thornage Norfolk 1870 and she and Thomas married in 1889/90
