Thread: Help finding John and Letitia Bayne

I am stumped with John and Letitia Bayne. My 4th great grandmother is their daughter Letitia Bayne born 19 Nov 1778, bapt 26 Dec 1778 Bethnal Green, London. She married Thomas White 5 Nov 1805 St Dunstans & All Saints Tower Hamlets. She died in 1851. Shes in both 1841 and 1851 censuses.

I simply cannot find her parents. Tried looking at various websites, using various different spellings of Bayne and nothing. Ive done first name searches only - again nothing. Ive looked at Scottish records and nothing.

Can someone lend a hand? Like I said, totally stumped!

I accessed the records from Ancestry. I have looked at the originals and got all the information I have from those. I did try doing an Ancestry search for possible siblings for Letitia but there seems to be no other baptism records with John and Letitia as parents. Or, rather, no records that are available online.
You're right, I do need to get the relevant film from my local LDS and search from there.
