Default Sutton Family born Rainow Cheshire

    Hi.

Could someone please help me out with a query as regards The Sutton Family.

Ann Barlow nee Sutton born 1853 Rainow (Head)
Elizabeth Sutton born 1855 Rainow (sister)
Daniel Sutton born 1860 Rainow (brother)
Fred Sutton born 1876 Hurdsfield Cheshire (nephew) I assume Elizabeth's son
Isreal Sutton born 1877 Hurdsfield (son of Ann)

I can't find an Ann Sutton who married a Barlow. Perhaps another pair of eyes or someone with more brain cells can find the answer.

    Thanks in anticipation

    Hi Finbar and Elsabels.

Thankyou both for your replies. Hmmm

But how do I account for ann's son Israel Sutton born 1877 if Ann married Henry Barlow in 1870,

This is the Sutton family living at Gin Clough Cottage, Rainow in 1891

Elizabeth Head Widow 1822 Living On Own Means Saltersford Cheshire
Elizabeth Daughter Single F 37 1854 Cotton Reeler Rainow Cheshire
    Israel Grandson M 14 1877 Hurdsfield Cheshire

Reading between the lines I would say Israel was Elizabeth, the daughters son.
Ann (Sutton) Barlow 1853 is Elizabeths sister 1854. the 81 census is misleading I believe it means Elizabeth's son.

This may be a stupid question but could Israel be Elizabeth's son? I feel this is probably so
