Is it possible for a lookup in parish registers to establish if David &/or Mary Jones were Ellens Parents?

hello
Just for reference the Church is
St GWRST , Llanwrst Denbigshire
Members of the public are not normally allowed to handle the original registers. The policy of the Denbighshire Record Office is to microfilm the registers on receipt; and members of the public are expected to use copies of these microfilms, rather than the original registers, in the Record Office searchrooms.
I attach for your reference the genuki.org.uk/big/wal/DEN/#index site you will find information about and related to Parish records in Wales.... maybe an e mail to the Denbigh Record Office with a request for the cost may prove fruitful, you should get the same information as shown on the marriage certificate, as opposed to purchasing the marriage certificate at a cost of £9.25 sterling from gro.gov.uk
The marriage entry is recorded on this local site northwalesbmd.org.uk

Thanks Noggin and Elsabels for your help. The marriage was in March Quarter 1863. I have found that Cadwaladr,s name was spelt Prichard, free bmd 11b page 52(hard to read) with Llanrwst Reg District. All others on page are for marriages in Newcastle. Ellen Jones Llandwest in same quarter 11b page 528. I also foubd the marriage on North Wales BMD.
Thanks for the reference, and tip on emailing Record Office, Regards Dave
