I would love to find Alice on 1891 census

She was born in London in abt 1889

Her father was Henry Robert Payne born abt 1856 London

Her mother was Anna Elisabeth Van Hoof abt1862 Belgium


They were married in Antwerp 1885 and had a child Henry Robert born in Belgium abt1886

A professional Geneologist has done the Belgium side for my friend years ago

Robert worked on a steamship as a donkey man.
I found a London Baptism record for Charlotte with farther Robert and mother Annie Elizabeth Payne in Paddington .

Annie is on 1911 census living in Cardiff as married but living on her own (perhaps he was a sea )giving birth place Belgium charlotte married in 1909 in Cardiff and I have marriage cert

sorry I had that I was hoping that if Annie had two young children Alice C 1889 Paddington and Henry or Harry abt 1886 and Eliza abt 1887 born Paddington she might have been in England but I suppose there is a strong possibility she was in Belgium

Annie had 5 children and only 2 were living at the latest info I looked at!

There is a PAYNE recorded as being on the ' FANNY' reg'd no 16323 between July 1879 - January 1880

Record held Monmouth RO D.907.3.83
