Thread: Peter Allan

Please help me help my dad (Peter Allan born 11-10-1929) find his lost family. Here is our brick wall.....
Dads' mother Lilla Bryant left him when he was very young and we are struggling to find her. We believe she went on to marry again and had at least one daughter and possibly lived in or near Newport. Lillas father was Albert Edward Bryant born about 1883, but we do not know where. There are records for a few Albert Edward Bryants in Birmingham, Wales and London but we do not know which one is ours. Lilla married my grandfather Haydon Fraser Allan in Bridgend, Wales on 3-12-1928. They divorced in 1938. Haydon was born 25-12-1909 and died 5-10-1960. They lived in Neath, South Wales where Haydon ran a bakery "Allans" on Windsor Road.

Dad is 81 and we would love to find this final piece of his family before it is too late for him.
