I have found him on Free BMD but still cannot find one that matches in 1901. Maybe someone else will have a look in case I am just missing it. It could be a mistranscription.

I have just woken up and realised I can't count when tired. For some reason I was expecting to find him aged 3 in 1901. I have a bit more information which I didn't add thinking I might be on the wrong track. I will find it again now and add it.
