Have looked 1841 and Sarah, Thomas and William look to be born within the county, JOHN born in Scotland

in Berry Street still possibly with a charles Mills as // ends after Parr family

John was age 24 in the 1851 census, there are some other children on the IGI in Manchester if you put Sarah on as a search. There is also a Thomas Hilton Parr in the same batch as a Catherine Parr and have just found a Sarah Parr c 1824 in Ayr, Scotland. Each time I have put John Parr and Jean as parents so you might want to double check!
