Thread: Collins b circa 1837 married Swan River Colony 1855

Looking for information about Harriet Collins and her ancesotrs.
She is believed to have been born 1837 likely in UK but could have been in Swan River Colony, Western Australia (WA).
Father's name believed to be William Collins. She married in Perth WA on 5.12.1855.
She could have emigrated early with her parents but can not find any mention on passenger lists into WA at the time. There is a convict William Collins sent to WA but he arrived in 1861 which seems unlikely to be the one we are looking for because his daughter had already been married in WA for five years before this time.
She married John Woods (29.12.1822-31.7.1863). He was the son of Jesse Woods and Elizabeth Lillywhite. He was baptised in Thakeham, West Sussex. John arrived in WA on 22.8.1837 on the Hero with Captain T. Bannister. However his father arrived on the Lotus in 1829 as one of the very first settlers in WA.
