Ambrose Patient Westbrooke

This sounds wonderful! My brickwall is my great Grandfather Ambrose Patient Westbrooke. He was born in Holywell, Flintshire in 1865. He married in 1893 but his wife died a year later after the birth of a daughter. He waited a few weeks to check the baby would live, registered her.................& then I can find no trace of him. The baby was brought up among the family but died aged 25 in the Spanish flu epidemic leaving a small daughter again to be brought up among the family but with little information. Now there is no one left to answer my questions. I would love to know what happened to him from July 1894, any info would be greatly appreciated

Presumably PATIENT was the mothers maiden name

Yes, this is my family. I have both Ambroses in 1891 but as I said originally nothing on Ambrose Patient anywhere that I can see after July 1893. Unfortunately I'm not able to ask anyone in the family who might know what happened next?
