I wonder if somebody wouldn't mind doing a look up for me please?

I've been on to A******y and found a record in the Abstracts of probate acts in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury. I put in 'John Lake' and exact key word of 'Greenwich'. Only 1 result appeared under this heading.

Would somebody mind having a look to see what it says please?
