Need help and/or suggestions on my grandmother: I have been able to go back many generations on my grandfather William ROBIN Jr. 1874-1963 but not on my grandmother.
MARION CAMERON ROBIN

Marion Cameron Mason (15 Sep 1888 - 5 Jan 1972) Glasgow, Wilton, Scotland 323 Garscube Road, Glasgow she was the second wife of my grandfather William ROBIN Jr. (19 Oct 1874 - 12 Jul 1963). Married 26 Nov 1915, 154 West George Street, Glasgow.
Her parents on her birth & marriage record were: father James William Mason occ, mason journeyman & mother Jessie Cameron. Her parents married 18 Dec 1879 Lauder, Berwickshire as noted on my grandmother's birth record. That is the end of the search.

I think I'd follow up on Alexander Mason & Charlotte Melrose as being the parents of James William Mason. They have a son named James William or vice versa, & on one census they have a Jessie Cameron visiting them. The address seems to be Lauder.
