William Cooper Born abt 1740

hello, trying to find the birth of william cooper born around 1740 - but on his marriage to alice jeffcote (1765 mancetter warks) it says "OF" mancetter and i have looked through all the parish records in the local library in and around mancetter with no luck, and i cannot find it on the web, can anyone help please, with thanks.
Think the OF might mean OP (of parish ), Mancetter, Warwick. Not sure if this is right but another member will help out if im wrong !

There is a user submission on Familysearch.org saying OF, it is usual to find OTP for of this parish
Was the marriage by Banns or licence?
