Francis Henry Norton Born in 1791

I need help with my GGG Grandfather Francis Henry Norton. He was born in 1791. The census (1841) lists his birthplace as Tasburgh. I cannot find records of his birth there. He rose from a servant in the house of the Duke of Uxbridge, to "Clerk Comptroller of Her Majesty's Household" as which he served for 14 years. He started a business with his son in London. "Frost and Norton" 1 York St, St James. He died in 1858. His sons included Francis J., and Henry Francis. His wife was Margaret. I would really love to have the information on his parents so that I can trace my line back further, but it has been difficult. Thanks in advance for your help.
