William George Lovell Married Mary Ann Kinsman in December 1867

I have been researching my great great grandfather for a number of years and can not find any record of him before he came to Australia circa 1867. His marriage certificate states his name as William George Lovell marrying Mary Ann Kinsman in December 1867 in the Township of Yea, Victoria. They had a child called William George Lovell in Sept 1868 who died May 1869 and was registered as William Lovell Jones. Since then William and Maryann's last name was Jones (as per their childrens' birth certificates - although one child took the surname Lovell and the other seven children were Jones!)
William George Lovell was supposedly born around 1833 on the Isle of Wight (presumable UK). On his marriage certificate, his father is suppposed to be Samuel David Lovell (a physician) and his mother is Matilda (with an unreadable surname). William George Lovell also signed his name with an R.E. after it (Royal Engineer).
Mary Ann Kinsman's father was supposed to be Henry John Kinsman and her mother, Ellen Jane Kinsman.
I can not find any record of either William George Lovell (Jones?) or Mary Ann Kinsman.
I am completely stumped.
If you could help in any way, it would be much appreciated.

There's a burial for an Ellen Jane Kinsman on 7/1/1849 at Kenwyn, Cornwall, England (familysearch beta).
Do you have an approximate birthdate for Mary Ann Kinsman - maybe from her death certificate?

Have you documents to show who the parents are of Mary Ann Kinsman ? The only reason im asking is that i found different parents for her in Cornwall . Its a cornish name .
