Looking for info on Lizze Sarah FRAZER

Continuing from a recent post about the PETT family I am researching....
Lizzie Sarah Frazer born 1861 (taken from her marriage) in Bermonsdey, m James Joseph PETT in 1896.
I am trying to trace Lizzie's family back. From the marriage lines, I know her father was listed as deceased called James Samuel Frazer.
I am having issues finding her on any documents, so I would be greatfull of any help...
