can i assume you have this record
    Name:William Bromley
    Spouse Name:Anne Thompson
    Record Type:BannsMarriage Bann Date:28 Apr 1793
Parish:St Magnus the MartyrCounty:LondonBorough:City of London

a marrige date of 1793 seems very late for someone born 1720??

    Hiya

so far I have found this for you

    ANN THOMPSON
Gender: Female BIRTH 5 MAY 1720 Christening: 15 MAY 1720

    Saint Olave, Southwark, Surrey, England
    PARENTS PhiIIip and Mary

just wondering what your source for WiIiam Senior was? I cant pIace him in Iondon at the same time aIthough there is pIenty of birth evidence in Grimsby. Do you have something to discIose around the Iatter end of the 1700s so that I can channeI the information down and possibIy tie him to the above Ann. Do you have Marriage detaiIs to discIose for instance?

I'm getting a little confused here.

William b 1722 is possibily the son of William Bromley and Elizabeth Holloway who married in 1721.

As I understand it you are saying William b 1722 married Anne Thompson in 1793.

They had children William, George James and Mary ( any birth dates ?)

Is this your George? if so William was 83 yrs when he was born.
    Name: George Bromley
    Gender: Male Baptism/Christening Date: 23 Jun 1805
    Baptism/Christening Place: SAINT OLAVE,SOUTHWARK,LONDON,ENGLAND
    Birth Date: 10 May 1805
Father's Name: William Bromley Mother's Name: Ann (who?)
    Indexing Project (Batch) Number: P00631-1
    System Origin: England-ODM
Source Film Number: 254565 Reference Number:
Collection: England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975

There as to be at least one/two generations between these events.
Which son / daughter born ? of William and Ann ? were you origanally researching.

    Hi Noggin
thats the problem - the info doesnt add up. we need suey to confirm what she knows for fact about birthdates of children , marriges etc before we can take this any further . there must be some missing links.

    Hi Suey
perhaps if you start with something that you know as FACT - eg marriage or birth dates even if it is late 1800s etc and then we can look further at this for you
