Mortin's of Chapel en le Frith

I have recently found some new details regarding my family from the Chapel area:

Benjamin Mortin was married to Ann Cresswell in 1747 and they had at least 3 children.

Robert born 1752 who is my 4xgreat grandfather

Benjamin born 1759

Joseph born 1759

They lived in the Chapel area and I wonder if anyone has more information
about the family and who Benjamin's parents were and where they lived and worked.
Any help would be most appreciated,

Chapel en le Frith..Surname could have been mistranscribed..Fathers name Ben
Mother's name Ann ..
Baptisms 1748 Betty Morten 1st May.

My own maiden surname is Morton and has been spelt many different ways..Morten, Moreton, Molton, Morton.

12th August 1844 Baptisms..Chapel en le Frith ..Mothers name Ann Cresswell.

Alfred Creswell was Baptised..

Alfred above and his Mother Ann might have been related somehow to the Cresswell's.?

There are many Cresswell's to be on Family Search using the Pilot Search method..Advanced Search..If you would like to have a look just type in Cresswell only and then the location Chapel en le Frith and nothing more. Then click search. Perhaps you could try this with your surname search being Mortin.
