Have you looked on Family Search using the Pilot Search Method? It might be worth while if you have not done so.
Hannah I believe their daughter Baptised 11th Feb 1781 Cromhall ..Parents Jeremiah and Sarah..
Not knowing how old Sarah was when she and Jeremiah married there are more Baptisms for Sarah and Jeremiah in laters years for the area of Cromhall Gloucester..
Charles 26th April 1795 Baptised
22nd july 1792 Jeremiah Baptised
11th October 1798 Thomas Baptised
Do take a look at Family Search as there are more Stafford's listed.
I like to use the Advanced Search..Type in the surname only then type in the location. For your search I just typed Stafford location Cromhall then hit search. You will see a listing for Cromhall Gloucester..

Found these children for Jeremiah and Sarah but was unable to find a birth for Jeremiah senior. Looked under Wickwar, Gromhall and Charfield. Do you have sibblings for Jeremiah b c1850 ?
