G'day All, I'm a newbie from Gold Coast in sunny OZ, and looking for Elizabeth Ann Powell's family from Wales, I think. Elizabeth was tried in Monmouth Qtr sessions 14/10/1833 and transported for 7 years. At the time she was approx 16 yrs old and working in Newport as a house servant. On her death certificate her father's name is given as Charles with her 2nd husband as the informant. Unfortunately I haven't been able to obtain any more info on her so any help would be appreciated.

Yes that's my lady. I have copies of all the trial documents which I obtain from the CRO in 1997, but unfortunately there was no mention of her place of residence or any other personal details in any of the extensive amount of papers covering the trial. So hence my posting to this forum.
