Living Relative Request

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Ok, here's a quest for you diggers and detectives

I have a half brother and sister who I really want to find called Richard and Emma Turner (Married name now possibly) and I believe them to be born around 1970-73 ish. Their father is Barry William Turner (Born Derbyshire I think), aged in 2010 approx 57-63 ish, and I believe their mums maiden name to be Hermon/Herman but im not sure.
I've tried all the popular social networking sites and F*****s R******d (Im not promoting anyone !) but with no luck. I have a few bits of information thanks to a few ladies from here but im not having any luck at all.
Brick wall comes to mind.... Please help !!
