Thread: William Thomas Webster b 1869 Deptford, Kent

William Thomas Webster b 1869, Deptford, Kent to parents William Thomas Webster & Elizabeth Sarah Jackson.

1871 St. Nicholas, Deptford with parents.
1881 St. Paul, Deptford with parents and sibs Esther Elizabeth 1870 & Eliza Emma 1873.

Esther married William Frederick Gray, butcher, in 1888 and I have them in 1891 and 1901 census. No children.
Eliza (my grandmother) married in 1895, died 1956.

Esther I've not found in 1911 or her & William F. Gray's death registrations.

William Thomas b 1869, I think I have finally found a corresponding death registration in Lewisham London in 1949 and will send for a cert. What I can't find is his whereabouts in 1891 onwards and who he may have married.

Any ideas?

I'm bumping this thread. Don't know where it was moved from as it hasn't appeared in the new posts. Perhaps it belongs in Kent, although Deptford is in London?

Thank you Hazelnut. I have Esther's marriage certificate and although I had located the death reg. you found, I didn't order it as it shows Esther M. Gray and not Esther E. Gray, but perhaps I should reconsider it.

I guess I shall just have to keep looking for William Thomas Webster and wait for the death certificate to arrive.
