charles is a paviour (road) all born birmingham

1881 is not so conclusive for father charles. there is one born right year birmingham married to a maria in london , another one born a few years later is in birmingham but is a jeweller etc. think you might need baptism or birth certificate of one of
his children to be sure of parents etc.
