hi every one.

can some one help me find a josiah rhind and margaret bremner, all i have to go on is they both lived and married in wick caithness about 1860s.l

want to see if they are related to the rhind family in elgin. i appreciate any help given thank you.

There are quite a few Rhind families in Elgin. Are you talking about the same sort of date ? If so, I cannot see a connection. Around the date of your Josiah are,

John Rhind born 1823, parents:- Robert Rhind and Jean Lee

Isabella Rhind born 1823, parents:- Hugh Rhind and Isabella Grant

James Rhind born 1824, parents:- James Rhind and Margaret



Robert and Hugh appear to be siblings with parents :- William Rhind and Elizabeth Jameson

thankyou for the information on josiah rhind, i have just been going through what i have on this family, and josiah is not a match for my rhind family. but have found family called bremner in my groat one o will look further. greatfull for your help on this one.
