Your timeframe for the birth of CAtherine HArriett EATON seems to be:

1901 - 1909



These being the entyr on the 1901 census didnot include a child and Charles's death in 1909



Have you thought that Theresa may have remarried and/ or returned to her homeland with the child!



To have a lifeboat named after a memebr og the family, I would have thought that there would be a record at Sidmouth life boat station where the boat operated form

don't forget that as you cant find eliza in the census the child could be with her too. the reason the lifeboat is named after her could be that she left money to rnli in a will. have you checked deaths for her too.
