    Hi

Can anyone help me track down a family in the 1841 and 1861 census?

    The family is NEWTON.

James Newton married Margaret McKitton in 1847 in Stockton on Tees,in Durham. James was born about 1821 in Thornaby on Tees. He was a keelsman in the 1851 census, living with Margaret and his sons Henry ( bc 1847 Thornaby, Yorkshire) and Edward (b c 1850 South Stockton, Durham). By 1871 he was a potter, also with additional children Robert, b c 1851, James b c 1856, William 1858, Thomas 1861 and Margaret 1864. The children were apparently all born Thornaby. Howerver we cannot find them - or James in the 1841 or 1861 census. Can anyone help locate them? The references for the census entries I have so far are HO107; Piece: 2383; Folio: ; Page: 1; GSU roll: 87061 and for the 1871 Class: RG10; Piece: 4901; Folio: 37. These two locations do appear to be close, though are n different counties which does no0t help.

Can anyone track this family down in the 1841 and 1861 census regards, D

    Hello

You state that James NEWTON Married Margaret McKITTON in 1847, I cannot find these persons marrying in that year, but can find each of them with 'other partners'
