Trying to trace my 3xgr grandfathers parents and siblings he was born Eckford, Roxburgh, Scotland, i believe his parents were William Grey/Gray and Agnus Rutherford they were wed 16/11/1822 in Eckford, Roxburgh, Scotland. George married 1854 in Alnwick and think his parents died 1858 Agnes and William 1866 (just rought est.), would like if possible any information on George's parents and siblings and if possible census 1841/51/61. I have George on 1861c but would like father, would greatly appreciate any information to hopefully go further back on his parents and forward on siblings. Thank you so much. All information i have received in the past has been greatly appreciated and i thank you all so much.

This was not uncommon in that area. I have quite a few in my tree like that. Their children were all farm labourers and the female children all seemed to have illegitimate children. I would love to know how much work got done on these fields.
