Were his parents Frederick and Charlotte? If so, there is a public tree on A*******. There is also a scanned photo of an Edwin and Charles Savory. There is also a passenger record for Charles with Maggie departing Southampton in 1952 arriving in New york in tansit to Canada.



I also found a BMD entry for Charles: June Otr 1886/ Biggleswade County: Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire / 3b at 373

I have tried looking for his death but have not been successful. I did not find him in the SSDI index.



I did find another passenger record though in 1955 with Charles (builder), Maggie (housewife) and Frederick (retired), their permanent residence given as Canada.

The date of birth for Maggie was listed as 28-7-1901.
