Can anyone assist please
Edmund William Eldridge - born Brighton , Sussex, England, in 1884.
It appears from Ancestry UK that he was resident in Pontiac, Oakland, Mitchigan in 1910
Later on 2/7/1910 he got married in Pontiac to a MARY SCOTT, who was also born in England.
They were both aged 26 on the marriage record.

Is this meant to be Ernest that I found on the passenger lists yesterday ? I have checked the census but cannot find an Edmund. I may be wrong but I thought the year of birth you gave was the same also.
